Duties of the Department of Projects and Technical Services:

• To carry out researches on, as well as evaluating internal loan or grant opportunities in order for the General Directorate to carry out its duties more effectively and efficiently,

• To prepare project receipts and job descriptions of internally sourced projects proposed by the General Directorate, and selecting these projects by tender, consultant, etc. to carry out the secretariat services, to evaluate and report all project outputs related to the projects,

• To ensure coordination and cooperation between other institutions and organizations and Ministry units in project implementations,

• To carry out training activities related to the projects in cooperation with the Department of Education Services and Foreign Relations,

• To carry out the works and procedures regarding the public benefit decision taken by the municipalities and their affiliated organizations,

• To carry out the works and procedures regarding the urgent expropriation requests of the municipalities,

• To carry out works and procedures related to road pass approvals in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Cemeteries dated 9/6/1994 and numbered 3998,

• To carry out works and procedures related to the approval of the Ministry for lands to be used for non-agricultural purposes in accordance with the Law on Soil Conservation and Land Use No. 5403 dated 3/7/2005

• To ensure the fulfillment of archiving works and other tasks,

• To prepare a response within the given time as the basis for the defense regarding the cases filed.
