Duties of the Department of Administration Services:

• To carry out the registration, scanning and distribution of the documents sent to the General Directorate,

• To carry out the works and procedures of sending the documents completed in the General Directorate to the relevant places,

• To carry out the distribution of official newspapers, mails and faxes sent to the General Directorate,

• To submit the documents issued from the Directorate General and submitted to the document branch to the Deputy Minister and the Minister and ensuring their distribution to the relevant units after signing,

• To manage works and procedures related to BELGENET,

• To carry out works and procedures within the framework of information acquisition legislation,

• To carry out works and procedures related to CIMER,

• To carry out the works and procedures related to the requests received by the General Directorate via electronic mail,

• To carry out works and procedures related to e-government applications to be carried out under the responsibility and support of the General Directorate of Local Authorities within the framework of Presidential programs and action plans,

• To prepare projects, to carry out works and procedures regarding electronic local services within the scope of e-government applications,

• To carry out the works and procedures related to the website of the General Directorate,

• To carry out the works and procedures related to the preparation of the General Directorate's expense proposals in accordance with the analytical budget classification,

• To carry out the works and procedures related to the use of the appropriations allocated to the General Directorate by the Central Government Budget Law,

• To carry out the works and procedures of the General Directorate personnel regarding domestic, international and continuous duty travel,

• To inform the personnel of the instructions given by the General Manager,

• To carry out the works and procedures related to the personal rights of the General Directorate personnel,

• To carry out the activities of preparing the activity report of the General Directorate in accordance with Article 41 of the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018,

• To carry out the budget related works and procedures of the Performance Program,

• To ensure the fulfillment of archiving works and other tasks.
